Jelinek, Jacquilin E. "Elsie" age 94, of Ramsey, passed away peacefully at home May 7, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Melvin "Cap"; son-in-law, Carl Meissner and 9 siblings. Survived by daughters, Diane Meissner and Nancy (Brian) Woodling; grandchildren, Myron (Cindy) Bailey, Lisa (Kurt) Ahrenstorff, Randy Bailey, Amanda Meissner, John and Jason Scott; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson; many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral servie Thursday 11 AM at Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, 5730 179th Lane NW, Ramsey. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Garden of Hope Cemetery.
