Jacquelyn Marie O'Hern, age 41, of Ramsey, passed away in her home on February 24, 2024. Jackie was born November 11, 1982, to Joyce and Bruce O'Hern in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. She was baptized and confirmed at St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Corcoran, Minnesota and graduated in 2001 from Anoka High School. Jackie's whole career was spent with Achieve Services at different job sites. She enjoyed doing crafts, watching the Twins, and taking trips to Branson, Missouri.

Preceding her in death are her dad, Bruce O'Hern; grandparents, Ruth & Marland O'Hern and Ella and Edgar Horn; godmother, Caroline Horn; aunt, Karen Horn; uncles, Steve O'Hern and Myron Horn. Jackie is survived by her mother, Joyce; sister, Tanya; brother, Cory; aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous other relatives and friends.

We will miss her smile and her kind and loving heart.

A Funeral for Jackie was held at St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Corcoran, on Friday, March 1, 2024. She was buried at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Deer Creek, Minnesota.
