Nugent, Helen Claudina age 102, of Anoka. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Marshall; daughter, Sandra Church; son, Michael; brothers, Virgil, Ben, and Ed Johnson; sisters, Dorothy Bahnemann and Ruth Snyder; grandson, Craig Lyons. Survived by daughters, Sharon (Bob) Gillesby and Janna (Allison) Calaway; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Nugent; son-in-law, David (Charlotte) Church; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 2 great- great-grandchildren. Born 10/28/1910 in Rolfe, IA to Fred and Susan Johnson. Helen lived in MN until relocating to CA in 1958. She returned to MN in 1998 to be nearer to many family members. She will always be remembered for her honesty, homemaking skills, love of family and competitive spirit at the bridge table or on the golf course. Funeral service Saturday, 11 AM at Anoka Covenant Church, 752 Grant St. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
