Greenberg, Harvey M. age 86 of Nowthen.  Passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Aug. 5, 2018 from ALS.  Harvey lived all of his life in Nowthen, except for 2 years in the Army, 13 months of that in Korea.  He was owner of Greenberg Implement, Inc. of Nowthen.  The company had been in business for 75 years until 2013.  Harvey was church and community minded, serving various capacities at his church, on the Elk River School Board for 11 years, Nowthen Planning and Zoning, Anoka County Historical Society, and the Nowthen Threshing Show.  In Jan. 1982 he was chosen Dealer of the Year by the Minnesota, South Dakota Farm Equipment Association, and a WCCO Good Neighbor.  He is preceded in death by parents, Albin & Edith (Skogquist) Greenberg and brother, Donald.  Survived by loving wife, Ellen of 61 years; children, Roland, Shirley and James; grandchildren, Nolan, Nickolas, Addyson, Joshua, Caleb and Vera; sister-in-law, Ruby; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.  Funeral service Friday, 11 AM at Nowthen Alliance Church, 19653 Nowthen Blvd NW. Visitation Thursday 4-7 PM and 1 hour prior to service all at the church.  Interment Lakeview Cemetery.  Memorials preferred to Nowthen Alliance Church.  Arrangements entrusted to Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.  763-421-0220
