Gloria loved our Lord, loved her family, and adored her husband of 65 years. She made family events special with her unassuming whit, sly sense of humor and enduring spirit for life. Gloria was the calming influence in any room she entered. "Tweetie" is where she is most at home, standing beside her life's love, Virgil, and God. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Virgil on June 8, 2026, her parents Ralph & Gladys (Morinville) Mercil, sisters Deloris Delage and Joyce Plummer. She is survived by her daughters Jackie (Tim) Giving and Mary (Andrew) Casareto, grandson Jared, granddaughter Gabrielle and brothers Robert, Kenneth, Richard, Thomas & Derald. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 11 am at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 7633 161st Avenue, NW, Ramsey. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the Church. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Oak Grove.
