In Memory of Geri Marie Larson

Geri Marie Larson age 68 of Andover, MN passed away the morning of May 22nd 2025. She was surrounded by her loved ones, husband Bruce, son Michael and wife Heather Larson and (adopted) son Andy Schreck.

Geri was born April 12th, 1957 to Alan and Ruth Bylund in Alexandria, MN where she graduated from Alexandria high school. Geri met her husband Bruce Larson in April of 1975 and married the lucky man on November 22nd, 1975. and have one son Michael.

Geri has many jobs in her working curer with the strangest being sorting rotten tomatoes, she worked at MSI insurance for 25 years as a software program tester before retiring.

Geri had many hobbies from collecting glassware, knitting. reading, especially cook books. She enjoyed visiting family and friends, with her greatest joy being cooking for her husband, son and all his friends. But what she really loved was taking her granddaughter Lilliana shopping.

Geri was preceded in death by her parents Alan and Ruth Bylund, sister Lynn Lanus. She is survived by husband Bruce Larson, son Michael his wife Heather Larson, and there children Lilliana and Alexander, sister Devona (Paul) Vendel, Gwen Kline; nieces, nephews and extended family.

A celebration of  Geri's life will be.

Saturday, June 21st at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home 13817 Jay St NW, Andover, MN. Visitation is at 10:00 AM with service to follow at 12:00 with lunch to follow,
