Gerald K. "Jerry" Swanson passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025, at the age
of 83.

Jerry grew up with a deep love for the outdoors and simple joys. He found happiness in
fishing, spending time with his dogs, and building model airplanes that he would later fly
with his RC flying club friends. His patience, creativity, and love of learning carried
through every hobby he touched.

He retired from Precise Products Corp. in Minneapolis, MN, but his most cherished role
was always that of father and grandfather. He is survived by his children, Nikki and
Russ (Roxy), and his grandchildren, Kyle, Tevin (Morgan), and Zach. They, along with
many friends and loved ones, will remember his humor, kindness, and the way he lit up
when sharing stories or tinkering with his planes.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Hjordis and Herbert, his brother John, and
his sister Patty.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of his daughter, Nikki, on October 11, 2025,
from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., 3349 - 168th Lane NW, Andover, MN  55304.

Jerry will be laid to rest with Military Honors on October 12, 2025, at Dalbo Baptist Cemetery,
5354 - 377th Avenue NW, Dalbo, MN at 11:00 a.m.  There will be a Military escort from
Nikki's house in Andover to the cemetery.

He will be dearly missed and forever loved.
