Gerald D. Drum "Jerry" age 79 of Andover, MN passed away on October 26, 2025. Jerry loved working and was a successful owner / operator of The Rum River Inn and McDuffs Bar and Grill. Jerry and Peggy enjoyed boating down in Florida as well as adventures in the Great Lakes. They were able to explore America in their motorhome and made lasting memories.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Bertha Drum. He was survived by his wife of 49 years, Peggy; daughter, Jamie Drum; son, Justin Drum; grandchildren, Dru and Devon Dakis; great-grandchildren, Aliai and Phoenix; brother, Maynard (Cherri) Drum, Duwayne (Shelly) Drum; sister-in-law, Lynda (Tom) Holker; brother-in-law, Randy (Debra) Dryden along with many other loving family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 with a visitation from 10 AM – 11 AM followed by the funeral service at 11 AM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW, Andover, MN 55304. Jerry will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery in Nowthen, MN.
