Frances Mary Nowacki, age 78 of Coon Rapids passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family.  Fran was a true Warrior fighting a courageous battle with ovarian cancer for 21 years. Fran is survived by husband Joseph "Joe", sons Joseph, Jr. (Kristine) Nowacki and James (Dana) Nowacki, daughters Cynthia (Brad) Sanford and Lisa (Chad) Green, grandchildren Jimmy, Kyle, Jessica, Erin, Carter, Tommy, Taylor, James, Emily and Abby, great-grandson Deacon, sisters Carol Kenty and Terri Chiarodo, nieces and nephews. Fran had many hobbies but her favorite included knitting, cross-stitching, playing cards and spending time with family and friends.  Fran and her husband Joe attended countless sporting events cheering on their many grandchildren.  Both of them truly enjoyed going on vacations over the past decade with their children.  A private celebration of life will be held over the summer.  In lieu of any flowers sent, please make a donation to the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance in her honor.
