Frances Anderson (affectionately known as Babe), age 94 passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024. She was preceded in death by husband: Elmer Anderson; grandson: Daemian Brockmeyer as well as her parents and siblings. She leaves behind two daughters: Christine Schaefer (Marty) and Pat Brockmeyer (Chuck); grandchildren: Alyssa & Kelli Brockmeyer and Nick Halseth as well as many nieces & nephews.

Frances was born in Little Falls, MN and moved to Minneapolis after graduation. Working together Fran & Elmer built a home in Crystal where they lived before moving to Green Lake, WI. After Elmer retired they moved to Ramsey, MN to be closer with family. The two were married for 59 years before Elmer sadly passed away in 2008. When her daughters were moving to Florida in 2019, she sold her home and moved to Florida to be closer to them.

She will be remembered for her creativity, quick wit, love of gardening, and, most importantly, her devotion to family. Visitation will be held at St. Stephen's Catholic Community, 525 Jackson St., Anoka, MN on Friday, July 12, at 10:00 am; funeral service at 11:00 am, followed by a reception.
