Skeate, Florence Esther (nee McCandless) age 90 of Anoka passed away on September 2, 2022.

Florence was a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Anoka. She loved to fish and taught kindergarten thru 12th grade in a one room schoolhouse in the 50's. Florence was an amazing Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother who loved her family dearly and will be incredibly missed.

Florence is survived by her husband of 66 years John Everett Skeate, children John and Sally Skeate of Anoka, Paul and Connie Skeate of Oak Grove and Richard and Laurna Skeate of Anoka. grandchildren Emily (Luke) Virchow, Tyler (Kayla) Skeate, Alexander (Samantha) Skeate. Cameron Skeate (Katie Hamilton) Angelia Levercom (Jay Solem), Amanda (Josh) Boss, Kenneth Levercom, Kaitlyn Johnson, Sarah Jacobs. great-grandchildren Jade, Hailey, Cecilia, Sawer, Rowan, Carson, Kaleb, Boston, Tyler, Elliannah, Faith, Samatha and Chloe. siblings Patrick McCandless  and Marilyn Krenik.

Memorial Mass Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 11 am with reviewal one hour prior at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson Street, Anoka.
