Nelson, Florence A. "Al" age 89 of Coon Rapids, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 1, 2017. She was a loving and caring person who was loved by many. Preceded in death by her husband, Vernon; daughters, Lori Rose Montague, Susan Hulda Nelson; daughter-in-law, Diane. Survived by her children, David (Cheryl), Daniel, Paul, Larry (Michelle), Karen (TJ) Johnson, Kristi (Paul) Wolfe; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; siblings, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held Monday, (2/6/2017) at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior at Family of Christ Lutheran Church, 16345 Polk St. NE, Andover. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
