Obituary
Eugene Gadbois III, age 85 of New Brighton, died on Monday, December 12, 2016 at his home.
Eugene was born August 20, 1931 in Los Angeles, California to Eugene and Helen (Jeffries) Gadbois. At age five, he came to Minnesota, where he would live the rest of his life. Eugene received employment services through Opportunity Partners. He was a hard worker and a very enthusiastic person, greeting everyone he met with a handshake and smile. Eugene had a huge love for camping, children, and animals, especially squirrels.
He will be dearly missed by his special family of caregivers at Anoka County Social Services, Laurent Clerc Services, Jo Wiseth, ACR Homes, and Opportunity Partners.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Anoka. There will be no visitation or reviewal. A Celebration of Eugene's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Remembering with Dignity.
