Herr, Elmer A. age 88 1/2 of Coon Rapids, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2021. Elmer loved playing cards with his kids and grandkids, especially cribbage. He was an extremely hard worker who was a jack of all trades and would never shy away from lending a helpful hand. Elmer was preceded in death by his son, Nathan Herr. He was survived by his wife Jane; children, Deborah (Keith) Hanson, Maria (Doug) Overbo, Monica (Jeff) Wood, Nicholas (Merrie Jo), Trina (Rick) Mistic; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren along with many other loving family and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday ( 1/19/2021) at 11 AM at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson St. Anoka. Interment will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Anoka.
