Starkey (Thomas), Elizabeth M. age 88 of Coon Rapids, died peacefully Sept. 10, 2018.  Retired Clerk of Court with Anoka County.  Preceded in death by husbands, Clifford Thomas and Gordon Starkey, and 7 siblings.  Survived by daughter, Susan (Mike) Bourke; grandchildren, Samantha Bourke and Michael Bourke, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Nellie and Mike.  Funeral service Friday, 11 AM, at Riverdale Church, 3210 Bunker Lake Blvd. NW, Andover.  Visitation 1 hour prior to service.  Private interment Fort Snelling Cemetery.
