Goetze, Edward C. age 77 of Zimmerman, sinner saved by the blood of Jesus, went to be with his Savior on Sept. 2, 2022.

He was a Faithful follower of Jesus, Faithful and loving husband of 54 years, Faithful father to 4+ children; Beloved grandfather. Preceded in death by granddaughter, Cassondra; parents, Marvin and Violet; in-laws, Robert and Ruth Nieters. Survived by wife, Leanne; children, Todd (Shawnna), Scott, Heidi (Steve) Law, Holly (Brandon) Zubke; nephews, Roger and Randy Nieters; grandchildren, Mitchell, Jordan (Kandace), Trista, Jonah, Hannah Law, Noah Law, Bryce Zubke, Bethany Law, Leah Zubke, Rachel Law, Jonathan Law, Benjamin Law; great-grandchild, Willow; brothers, Howard (Betty) and Leon (Scheryl); sisters, Judith (David) Oelfke, Rose (Jerry) Ryks, LaDonna (Randy) Blackorbay and many other loving family and friends.

A public Visitation will be held on Wednesday (9/7/2022) from 6-8 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3812 229 ^th Ave NW, St. Francis. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday (9/8/022) at 11 AM with a visitation from 10-11 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery will be at a later date, in lieu of flowers memorials are directed to the family.
