Duane Parks of Ham Lake, MN died December 2nd, 2023 at age 76. He lived a life of service as a proud Vietnam veteran and long time Deputy with Anoka County. Duane was a devoted husband and proud father who always put others first. He is thought of fondly as a neighborhood friend and coach. Duane spent his retirement years fishing, loving his family, and enjoying his grandchildren.

Duane will be remembered on Thursday December 14th at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral home in Andover MN with a Visitation at 10 am and Memorial Service at 11. Guests are encouraged to jot down a memory or bring a photo to share.

His family hopes his kind, generous spirit lives on through all he touched.
