Herrala, Douglas P. age 54 of Champlin passed away November 22, 2016. Doug worked as a Bus operator for Metro Transit for over 16 years and loved his job, passengers and co-workers. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Delores; brother, Dave. Survived by his children, Andrew, Matthew, Leah; siblings, Mark (Judy), Mike (Shannon), Dan (Wanda), Steve (Sherry), Sandy; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 7 PM with a visitation starting at 5 PM at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave., Anoka.
