Brusven, Donna "Sharon" age 87, of Andover, MN passed away on February 6th, 2024. Sharon was born on July 28th, 1936 on the family Farm in Aitkin County, Minnesota. She was a graduate of Mora High School. She attended Bethel College and transferred to the University of Minnesota. After graduating, Sharon started her teaching career at Blake School in Minneapolis. The majority of her teaching career was spent in the Robbinsdale School District. After retiring, Sharon traveled with her husband, Arland, on his many business trips and visiting her kids and grandchildren. She also enjoyed time at the cabin in the summer and Arizona in the winter. Being with her family was her joy.

Preceded in death by her parents Carl and Mabel Hohn and her husband Arland Brusven. Sharon is survived by her children, Jon (Christine) Brusven, Karen (Jim) Childs; grandchildren, James "Jac" Childs, Carrington Childs; sisters, Shirley (Richard) Wandersee, LeRoyce (Duane) Golden, Carole (John) Davidson and many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7520 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley with a visitation from 10-11 AM at the church. Burial will follow the luncheon at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
