Dewaine McLean, 76, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2026.

Dewaine is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Meg McLean, whose love and partnership were the foundation of their family. He is also survived by his loving children: daughters Cassie Longnecker and Mollie McLean, and his son, Mack McLean.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Dewaine felt most at home in nature. Whether fishing or hunting, he appreciated the simple pleasures of life and shared that passion with those he loved.

Above all, Dewaine will be remembered as a devoted father, cherished grandfather, loyal friend, and kind-hearted man whose quiet strength, wisdom, and love for his family and friends left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the stories shared, the traditions he passed down, and the love he instilled in his family.

A celebration of Dewaine's life will be held at a later date. The family appreciates the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time.
