Dennis M. Jaeger age 65 of Dayton, Minnesota went home to eternal life with the Lord on September 11th, 2023.

Dennis was born on May 17th, 1958 to Donald and Margaret Jaeger. Being the third of eight children, meant he was always surrounded by love and built-in friendships from his siblings, who meant the world to him. Dennis graduated in 1976 from Anoka High School. From there, Dennis went on to create a career in IT by working various roles in sales and management; a career in which he loved and gained many wonderful friends along the way. Dennis married Joan on June 9th, 1984, this would be the beginning of his most treasured roles, husband, father and grandpa.

Dennis embodied a servant's soul, lending a hand to anyone who needed it, any chance he could. His heart and devotion to his family, friends and coworkers was one of his most shining attributes and will be forever missed. He was a handyman, who built his own home and could fix just about anything. His happiest place on earth was behind the wheel of his pontoon on the river or any lake.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 39 years, Joan, children Jen (Chad) and Donald (Anya). Grandchildren, Carter, Kaitlyn, Kalvin, Bryce, Madyn, Ada, Greta and Luke. Mother, Margaret Jaeger, siblings, Don Jaeger (Debbie), Dave Jaeger (Theresa), Mary Krause (Bob), Rick Jaeger (Ethel), Dan Jaeger (Caroline), Meg Jaeger and Doug Jaeger (Laura), along with many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Jaeger, father-in-law, John Henderscheid, mother-in-law, Barb Henderscheid and nephew, Patrick Jaeger.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday September 23, 2023 at 1 pm at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson Street, Anoka with visitation beginning at 11:30 am. A Celebration of Life will be held at Greenhaven Golf Course 2800 Greenhaven Road in Anoka immediately following the Funeral Mass.
