Dennis E. Harper, age 53 of Anoka, passed away unexpectedly on December 9th, 2020. Dennis was born May 5, 1967 in Rhinelander WI. to Dennis and Judy Harper. He has made Anoka his home since 1970; he graduated from Anoka Senior High, went to Anoka Technical College for welding program, worked his whole life as a cement finisher with Union outfits and has been self employed for the past four years. He was the hardest working man and gave 110%.

Dennis had a passion for fishing and catching walleyes; he always had to be the first one out at the first ice. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Loved spending time at "The Jack Shack". He had a love for his dog, Annie, she meant the world to him.

Dennis had a heart of gold, an infectious smile and contagious laugh. He always greeted everyone, "Hey kiddo". He had a great love for Jeeps and gave the best hugs ever. His smile, laugh and hugs will be deeply missed.

Preceded in death by his mother, Judith Harper. Survived by Life Partner, Kelly Charmoli; son, Justin, Harper; sister, Tori (Mike) Ell; father, Dennis Harper Sr. and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
