David L. Smith, age 87 of Andover, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, January 22, 2018 at his home.

In addition to his parents, George and Jessie (nee Vandecar) Smith, David was preceded in death by his wife, Margie; son, Perry; 1 sister; and 3 brothers.  He is survived by his son, Jim (Robyn) Smith; daughter, Koreen (Chris) Menon; grandchildren, David and Sarah Smith, Sabrina, Nicole, and Chris, Jr. Menon, and Kassie (Chris) Maher; great-grandchildren, Ellyane and Savannah; sisters, Gladys (Gene) Karpe and Judy (Tom) Crute; also many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Nowthen Alliance Church, 19653 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Nowthen.  Visitation one hour prior to the service at church (10:00 - 11:00 a.m.)  Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Nowthen.
