Bartz, David W. age 88 of Anoka, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with his family. David was a US Army Veteran and later worked and retired from Federal Cartridge in 1996. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine and daughter, Joan Bergherr. Survived by his daughters, Nancy (Randy) Backous, Laurie (Mike) Hegge, Amy (Paul) Wade; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty (Gerry) Olson; son-in-law, Tom (Becky) Bergherr along with many other loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday (1/22/2025) at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 700 Western St. Anoka. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Anoka, MN.
