Aufderhar, Daryl Glen age 66 of Ramsey, passed to his heavenly home June 23, 2018 at JA Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park after a 3+ year courageous, dignified and graceful battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia/ Myelodysplasia. Daryl's steadfast Christian faith was with him every moment and sustained him throughout his illness. Preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Kathleen (Esler) Aufderhar. Survived by his brother, Kevin (Cindy) Aufderhar, niece Amy (Pat) Ward and by other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We would also like to recognize the very special neighborhood friends that helped watch over and care for him and the dedicated doctors, nurses and staff that treated and befriended Daryl during his illness. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday, June 28 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave, Anoka. A celebration of life will be held at 11 AM Friday, June 29 with visitation from 10-11 AM at the Independent Baptist Church, 15650 Sunfish Lake Blvd, Ramsey. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.
