Blake, Dan R. Age 50 of Andover, passed away peacefully October 1, 2011. He was a talented surgical instrument artisan for over 25 years and a gifted woodworking craftsman. He was a Miracle League coach and a proud Andover Lions member. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Frances; sister-in-law, Lauri. Survived by his best friend and spouse, Ann; children, Jarrod and Signe; siblings, Bruce (Jolene), Craig (Deb), Ken (Kim), Cheryl (Mike); many other relatives and friends. Memorial service Thursday 5 PM at Grace Lutheran Church, 13655 Round Lake Blvd. NW. Andover with visitation starting at 3 PM at church.
