Constance Susan "Connie" Anderson, aged 87, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026. Born on November 29, 1938, to Martha (Florek) and Emmett Aleckson and lovingly raised by her aunt and uncle, Stella (Aleckson) and Leonard Moe, Connie dedicated her life to her faith and the well-being of her family, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of love and compassion.
Connie was deeply loved by her family and is survived by her four children, Vicki (Dan) Olson, Steve (Monie) Anderson, Sandy (Bruce) Jonason, and Keri (Dennis) Manson. She was a proud grandmother to 14 grandchildren: Ben (Tami) Olson, Ross Olson, Joe (Felicia) Anderson, Kaitlin (Andy) Ruzicka, Emily (Mike) Ekberg, Tom (Ell) Anderson, Kayla (Joe) Snee, Kelsey Jonason, Alec Jonason, Katie Jonason, Isaac Jonason, Michael Jonason, Caleb Manson, and Josh Manson. In addition to her grandchildren, Connie was blessed with 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Connie's life was a testament to her faith as she lived it out through kindness, encouragement, generosity, and a heartfelt desire to serve others. She had a beautiful way of supporting those around her, always pointing them toward the hope found in Christ. Her vibrant spirit and nurturing heart made a significant impact on all who knew her.
Preceding her in death was her beloved husband, Terry Anderson, with whom she shared many cherished memories. Also, her siblings Marion, Jim, Russell, Jerome, Delores, and Marlene. She is survived by one half-sister, Darlene.
A visitation will be held in Connie's honor on March 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Living Christ's Mission | Lutheran Church of The Master, located at 1200 69th Ave N, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same location beginning at 11:00 AM, followed by a light lunch.
Connie Anderson will always be remembered for her unwavering love and the light she brought into the lives of those around her. Her legacy of faith, family, and friendship will continue to inspire and guide her loved ones.
