Clifford O. "Cliff" Peterson, age 58 of Ramsey, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at home.

Cliff loved his family; family was the most important thing to him in his life, and he always made sure they were taken care of before himself.  He loved getting away from the house just to go for a drive.  Road trips were always a fun adventure with Cliff.  Throughout his life, Cliff loved fishing and hunting, with duck hunting being his absolute favorite.  He proudly kept his business, Peterson Excavating, up and running for over 30 years.

As a person with a natural ability for talking to people and providing advice, Cliff excelled at buying, repairing, painting, and reselling boats, cars, and trucks.  As a loan officer, he took pride in helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.

Cliff was a great husband, father, and friend.  He will be greatly missed by many.

Cliff was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Peterson.  He is survived by his wife, Kristine Peterson; daughter, Koriah Peterson; mother, Marlene Peterson; brothers, Jeff Peterson and Ralf Peterson; nieces, Alie Peterson, Lexi Peterson, and Nicky Specht; nephew / Godson, Clinton Specht; daughter, Pamela Nichols; son, Craig Peterson; also many other extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16 , 2017 at Riverdale Church, 3210 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW, Andover. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service at church (1:00 - 2:00 p.m.)
