Hovaldt, Chris V. age 70 of Andover, passed away peacefully surrounded by family October 12, 2015. Preceded in death by his son, Todd; parents, Herman and Grace.; brother, Jay and sister, Donna. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Marlis. Proud father to Arika; grandfather to Danielle, Karley and Kolton; and a great-grandfather to Chelsea & Caeleb and a friend to many. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-8 PM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW, Andover.
