Johnson, Chad N. age 38, of Coon Rapids, passed away Sept. 12, 2016. He is survived by his former wife, Katie Belair and their children, Dylan, Lucas, Michael and Nicole; parents, Susan and John Johnson; siblings, Cory (Mandi) Johnson, Amber (Chad) Mulheron; friend, Gary Miskowic; many other loving relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave., Anoka
