Foss, Celia A. Age 84, of Pequot Lakes. Celia worked for many years as a school bookkeeper at Cooper High School and the Pequot Lakes schools. After retirement she enjoyed volunteering at the school. Preceded in death by her husband Donald; parents Edward and Helen Charest; sister Dorothy Cannon; and brother Jim Charest. Survived by sisters Eva Kreitz, Mary Sell, Chanel Hayford and Jane (Dale) Robinson; nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, September 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson St., Anoka. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church.
