Schaefer, Carol E. age 59 of Anoka, passed away Sept. 4, 2017 at her home. Carol was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend and enjoyed gardening and antiquing with her husband, Carl. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Adeline Ulve ; sister, Kathy and survived by her husband of 39 years, Carl; children, Phillip (Angela) and Leah (Scott) Bjorklund; grandchildren, Alexander and Lukas; siblings, Darrell (Rita) Ulve, David (Marilyn) Ulve, Dale (Linda) Ulve, Dean Ulve and many other loving relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday (9/9/2017) at 1 PM with a visitation one hour prior at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW, Andover.
