Carl Leonard Youngquist, age 81, of Anoka, MN passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

Carl was a Realtor® for more than 50 years, a lifelong resident of Anoka and lifetime member of St. Stephen's Church. He was a 1960 Anoka High School graduate, letterman, and 2016 inductee to the Anoka High School Hall of Fame. Carl served as a leader and Club Chairman for the majority of the Anoka Athletic Alumni Club (A Club's) existence. He also proudly served the City of Anoka as a council person, and President of the HRA, as well as many other committees.

He was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Marie Youngquist; son-in-law, Curtis Carlson; parents-in-law, Jack & Maxine Moran; brothers-in-law, Dick, David & Bobby Joe Moran; and sister-in-law, Shirley Youngquist.

Carl is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Kathy; daughters, Mary Manney (Mark) and Kari Carlson; brother, Bob; grandchildren, Morgan Manney, Nick Manney, Jenna Carlson, Mandy Carlson; in-laws, Jackie & Jerry Hall, Charlene Moran and Mary Blanchard; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred, and will be sent to the A Club Scholarship fund.

A Funeral Service will be held for Carl at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Anoka, on Monday, October 16th, with the Funeral Mass beginning at 11am and the Visitation one hour prior.
