Penney, Allen F.
age 81 of Andover, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 1/29/11. Preceded in death by parents, Erwin and Emma Penney; brothers, Laverne, Paul, Sidney; and sister Murtle. Survived by loving wife, Darlene of 55 years; sisters, Doris and Shirley; children, Terry (Brenda), Debbie (Donald), Dean (Debbie), Becky (Tony), Tony (Missy) and Rhonda (John); 16 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Allen served in the US Navy aboard the U.S.S. Columbus during the Korean War. He was a firefighter in Circle Pines for 6 years. We will miss you so much. Funeral service Friday 10 AM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW., Andover. Visitation Thursday 5-8 PM.
