Allan Eugene Johnson went to be with our Lord on February 28, 2020 with his family at his side.  He was 71 years young. He was born in Staples, Minnesota to Lyle and Sarah Johnson on October 24, 1948. He is preceded in death by his father, Lyle Johnson; mother, Sarah (Schmidt) Johnson; brother-in-law, Kenneth; sister-in-law, Bonnie; and niece, Sarah Rae.  He is survived by his children, Beverly, Gary, Neil, Sharon and Peggy; grandchildren, Jacob Kozitza (Destiny), SPC Nicholas Grefthen - US National Guard, Andrew Gilbert, Anna Gilbert and Sarah Bryan; 1 great-grandson, Noah Kozitza; siblings, Gary Johnson (Janice), Dale Johnson, Patricia Meyers, Kay Jessop (David), Charlotte Johnson, Cindy Morales (Jason); many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.

Allan moved to Anoka, Minnesota in his early teenage years where he built a business of automotive sales, automotive repair and autobody which he continued to do until he left this world.

He enjoyed classic cars, hunting, trapping, country music and his furbabies, Popcorn, Peanut and the late Yeller. He will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

Memorial service for Allan will be held at Misfits Saloon, 821 East River Road, Anoka, Mn., 55303 on Thursday, March 19, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  Private interment at  Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Staples.
