IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Alice Dorothy
Betsy Telle
February 8, 1935 – August 15, 2023
Telle, Alice D. age 88 of Andover peacefully went home to be with the Lord on August 15, 2023.
Alice Dorothy Telle was a loving wife, mom, daughter, sister, gramma, great gramma and great, great gramma. She was also a very devoted follower of Jesus Christ and friend to many. If you had the pleasure of meeting Alice, it wouldn't take long for her to share about Jesus and for her to ask you if you went to church. She had a sweet, quiet demeanor with a tell-it-like-it-is attitude that made you feel like you'd been friends for years.
Alice was born February 8, 1935 in Eau Claire, WI to Stanley A. and Alice V. Benny. She grew up in North Minneapolis, the oldest of five children – Richard, Elaine, Robert (Brenda) and was proceeded in death by Stanley Jr. (known as Sonny). She married Lloyd Oliver and began their family of five – Duane (Barb), Cheryl (Craig) and Kathy (Brett). She was blessed with seven grandchildren – Gina (Jon), Heather (Scott), Alysen (Mike), Ashley, Amanda (Brad), Timothy and Andrew. She was also blessed with eleven great grandchildren – David (Hannah), Lucas (Emma), Alexandra (Rodrigo), Jacob, Nicholas, Maddox, Merrit, Amelia, Judd, Joey, Eli and one great, great grandchild – Daniel. She loved her family deeply.
Alice's faith in her Lord and Savior was unfailing. She was happiest when spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, camping, crocheting, crafts, leading bible studies and she adored her cat, Gracie.
Alice is now dancing on streets of gold with the love of her life, Lloyd. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to have known her.
